Blue Sky MediaDesk: 5.1 Upgrade

The MediaDesk 5.1 Upgrade from Blue Sky International adds components to your existing MediaDesk 2.1 system, turning it into a full 5.1 surround monitoring system for computer-based audio recording and production. The upgrade includes three MediaDesk Satellite Speakers, a MediaDesk Upgrade Amplifier, and the MediaDesk 5.1 Remote.

The MediaDesk Satellite Speakers are compact, shielded units, perfect for use on a desktop. Each speaker has a 4-inch woofer and a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter for excellent audio quality. The Upgrade Amplifier offers XLR and RCA input connectors and binding post speaker outputs to support the 5.1 system. It provides the master gain control for the system when the remote is not connected. The MediaDesk 5.1 Remote connects to the upgrade amplifier via a standard RJ-11 jack and provides individual output channel trims, as well as a master gain control.
